Situated twelve miles west of Portree, the capital of the Isle of Skye, Teeny's Cottage is set in a quiet and peaceful location, well back from the road with ample private parking and a patio. The dining room is a lovely place to sit. Light and airy, with lovely views across the surrounding hills, and out to sea across Loch Snizort, with the Outer Hebrides on the horizon. The main bedroom has a king size double bed, and two single beds in the second bedroom. The shower room is fitted out with a luxurious and powerful pumped shower in a spacious double sized enclosure. The lounge has two couches with views out to sea. A Sony Bravia 26 inch LCD widescreen television with many free-view channels. A Blu-Ray DVD/CD player, plus a stereo music/radio system with an iPod dock. Free wi-fi broadband wireless internet access for your laptop, tablet or smartphone. The modern fitted kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The cottage is very well equipped. All towels and linen is provided, plus a well stocked kitchen of utensils; pots pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. A coffee grinder and cafetiere is also here for you coffee lovers. With oil fired central heating throughout and double glazed windows, Teeny's Cottage will keep you cosy whatever time of year you choose your holiday.
You can spend all day exploring Skye's beautiful scenery, and gaze across Loch Snizort from the comfort of the cottage in the evenings. If you are going to, or returning from the Outer Hebrides, the ferry port of Uig is only a 30 minute drive away.
Why not spend a week on Skye, another exploring the Outer Hebrides, and a third taking in the beautiful north west coast on the U.K. mainland. Regular daily ferries connect all these locations.
